Hey NDK Family, been getting a lot of the same questions from folks so thought we’d do a general FAQ post.
We will do our best to answer general questions in a timely manner from now until show but we are busy little NDK bees 🐝

Q: When does pre-reg badge pick up begin?
A: Badge pick up starts Thursday evening from 7pm until 10 pm in the registration hall. It opens again on Friday morning at 11 am. This is for Pre-Reg badges only. There are no other Day 0 activities for 2021. Full weekend will call badges are available for purchase now. Day passes go on sale online on September 3rd.
Q: How will Autograph passes work?
A: Autograph passes will be handed out one hour before the autograph session. They can be picked up in the Autograph Pass table located in the registration hall. Look for the staff with orange vests. Reminder, there are only three NDK autograph sessions offered, featuring all guests. Guests may offer more paid autograph opportunities, but that will be at their choice. Visit Artists Alley to see who might be manning an additional table at times during the weekend. Keep an eye on Twitter for updates as well. Autograph details and more, are outlined at length in the program book.
Q: I donated my 2020 badge. How do I recieve my "Lost Year" gifts?
A: For those generous attendees who donated their 2020 badge to NDK, you may pick up your Lost Year gifts at the Merchandise booth. Reminder, you must explicitly have told us to donate your badge to be eligable. Roll overs from 2020 to 2021 are not considered donations and you will not be on our list to recieve Lost Year gifts.
Q: Registration update - how will it work / QR Codes?
Q: Will you be accepting cash? What about cashless transactions?
Q: What’s the deal with parking? What is the rate?
A: NDK attendees who choose to park in the Gaylord lots will be subject to the fees from the hotel. NDK has recieved a special rate of 18.95 per day (instead of the regular $29/day restort rate)! However, you can also use Spot Hero to try and secure a lower rate for the weekend, park at the RTD Park and Ride lot, utilize The Parking Spot or other DIA parking lots, use ride share services, public transportation, carpooling, etc. One thing we cannot stress enough; DO NOT park in the neighborhoods surrounding the Gaylord. You will be towed, and there is nothing we can do to help you.
