Q: Why are you launching the link in the middle of the day and week?
A: While working with the Gaylord Rockies, they asked us to pick during the week in order to make sure they have enough staff on hand to help with any issues that come up and to contact the Marriott Registration IT Team if there are problems. We selected 12:15 pm in order to allow our volunteer web team time during their lunch breaks to prepare and launch the link and monitor the servers.
