NYE Prize?

Hello there,
My friend (who doesn't have a forum account) won the prize at NYE for a full weekend pass and room. He sent and email through the NDK site a few weeks ago to make sure that everything is taken care of, but he hasn't heard back yet.
Is there a way to check on the status of this? Or does he need to send another email?
