I really hate to ask

Like the title says, I really hate to ask this, because I don't want to come off as impatient, but I'm just incredibly nervous right now.

So, my friends and I sent in an application for a table.

We have yet to receive an e-mail saying if we were accepted, on the wait list, or even outright rejected. I'm wondering if the e-mail is just taking a long time to go out or it failed to send or we just got skipped on accident? s:

In the process of submitting our app my friend had to press send a second time since it was taking so long and now she's worried it got sent in twice and something happened because of that.

I'm really sorry to have to ask but we've been worrying about this all day.

PM me with the following information and I will double check for you. The names you applied under for the people in your group, the group name, and the email address. I will check all 3 and get back to you.

We don't disqualify someone if they accidently submitted it twice, did you guys recieve an email right after it was sent giving you a summary of the information you filled out and thanking you for applying?

edit: Also I sent an email back for every single email I had.
