Badge transfer?

I was talking with a friend, and he's preregistered for him, his girlfriend, and a former friend of his already.  The former friend is not attending the convention anymore, and my friend wants to give the badge to me.  Is it possible to transfer the badge and have it under my name instead of the other guy's?

And if so, how would I go about doing that?
