The Medical Punk party (9pm-1am) will have an abandoned hospital theme, and "patients" will be able to get their photo taken in an X-Ray photo booth (with an immediate diagnosis!). Wacky refreshments are included (i.e. blood orange punch, eyeball cake pops and more!) as well as 2 free "medical" drinks (21+). There will be Japanese horror movies, projections and a dance floor, with heavy Japanese rock/goth/dance music. Japanese street fashion is encouraged, but all outfits will be welcomed!
Prizes for best medical punk outfits ($100 cash 1st prize). ALL AGES - $8 advance tickets ($10 at the door)
The surgery dinner pre-party (6pm) full service, multi-course meal of surgery-themed dishes and decor, including wine, dessert and coffee. GGPT has asked several chefs to each prepare a course for the dinner. The specifics have been kept under tight control, but attendees may be required to snip sutures! Examples (which may or may not be on the final menu) include: human heart-shaped baked goods, mozzarella gauze rolls and leg cake!?!
$25 - includes free entry to the subsequent party. Limited to 25 people - it's selling fast!
