Hey fellow NDK fans,
Myst from the DDR Encore team here (we run the DDR room at NDK in case you need a refresher). As we wait for another year for NDK, things started to get boring again, so I have a DanceDanceRevolution touranment in the works for the Denver Metro Area. It will be on October 29th at 4pm at my arcade at Celebrity Lanes (on the corner of Arapahoe and Parker in Centennial). $5 Entry Fee (all money goes to prize support), double-elimination, 32 players maximum qualify for main event (everyone may enter and attempt to qualify but top 32 players get in). In addition, I have a costume contest since it is halloween. Prizes include the winning of the entry fees (60% for first, 30% for second, 10% for third), a copy of DanceDanceRevolution II for Nintendo Wii (first place only) which came out last Tuesday, and an arcade game card for the arcade here ($30 for first, $20 for second, and $10 for third). After the touranment there will be a cool DJ party provided by my friend ChrisK and others. (He played his DJ set in the 2nd floor hallway leading to the DDR room on Saturday night last NDK for whatever reason). I could rant details but I will leave that for people who are interested.
