I have no idea what I will be cosplaying, but my son will be Cloud :D  cute little 1 year old cloud! My hubby will be Zack...  we also have a dawn of mana cosplay planned.

Still thinking about what my son should be for the other two days? any ideas? blonde hair blue eye cutie :D

Aw, love it when kids cosplay!  ;D
Uh, here's some suggestions:

Holy Roman Empire (Hetalia) <-This one is super adorable and one I'd recommend  :D
Super Saiyan Kid Goku (Dragon Ball GT)
Naruto
Sealand (Hetalia)
Link (Legend of Zelda)
Roxas (Kingdom Hearts)
Len (Vocaloid)
Tamaki Suoh (Ouran High School Host Club), though Hunny-sempai would be better (though he has brown eyes, but that doesn't really matter)

So...Yeah, it's a weird list, but just wanted to give you some ideas. I really recommend Holy Rome to Sealand. I dunno how to go about getting the stuff for Link to the Ouran group cosplays for a child.  But just wanted to show some options. I wanted to put Alois Trancy (black butler) on the list, but it just didn't feel...right? AT ALL haha. Good Luck and look forward to little Cloud and Zack! :3

Kigurumi/Gijinka are always a safe bet.  While young children and even toddlers and babies can be adorable cosplaying, they need more attention, especially when they're younger.  It's less about having an awesome costume, and more about comfort and convenience.  Babies need comfy clothes, they need layers in case they get too warm or too cold, they need clothing that's easy to take off and put on for diaper changes.   Costumes like mascot characters and pokemon are always cute.

well what ever I do for him will be in knit with the details in either applicay or embroidered, so you get the idea but he get's the confort.  His cloud cosplay is going to have the belts painted on and the shoulder things are going to just be out of felt.  so easy in and easy out.  he's starting to walk now so I'm not worried about him crawling and getting tangled in stuff.

But i have no idea what I want to do for me! :/  I want to do a whole family thing but i dunno what.

If you intend to donate your hair for locks for love, a wig is the best option.

been there, done that.

problem is, i have no idea how to style a wig. i've always just used my own hair (i have crazy, thick, anime-hair. it's nutty).

I'm going to be Finn the human from Adventure Time, a creeper from Minecraft and probably Mordecai from Regular Show :)
My sister wants to be Pops from Regular Show. She has his voice down so perfectly! And she wants to walk around giving people lolipops :3 My friend wants to be Marshal Lee from Adventure Time and maybe Rigby and or Benson from Regular show. Probably Candlejack too but I dunno what she has gotten done on her costumes XD

I think I might have my list figured out. Not sure the days yet.

1: Bosmer in full thieves guild armor. (Skyrim)
2: Kallen Stadtfeld. (Code Geass)
3: Annalena Blackwood. (My steampunk person/character)

I will be making my Bosmer and Kallen, and I made my Steampunk last year. But I also have my Tohru Honda (Fruits Basket) cosplay and my Haruhi Fujioka (OHSHC) cosplay. But I'm not sure if I should do them or not.... I have done my Tohru every year so far, but idk, ideas?
Some say I'm full of myself... I reply, I sure hope so, if I wear full of someone else I'd be rather worried....

I think I have it, assuming I get off my bum this year and do it.

Nerevarine (Morrowind, light armor with the story equipment)
Beck Noir (Homestuck)
Captain Harlock (Harlock, duh)
Undertaker (Black Butler, hopefully I get it done this year)
PSN:  Skrae     3DS:  3308-4741-5349     Steam:  Skrae (the one with The Undertaker picture)

I can also help to identify bootlegs, if you have a questionable item, send me a message and some pictures if you can and I'll get back to you when I can.

Skrae: Here's seconding Rini's hope you actually do Harlock.  I'm not quite as big a fan as they, but....

And to keep this on topic (what we're planning, not discussions about it).
I'll be doing my traditional "traditional Japanese" garb on Saturday.

Still juggling different cosplay ideas.

-Taiwan (still for sure)

Here are my new choices:

-Miku Hatsune (Cantarella)- this is the one I'm determined to do
-Ciel (wonderland)
-Jade Harley (Homestuck)- starting to get into this fandom
-Karkat Vantas (Homestuck)

I'm probably gonna get the first two commished before summer and my other friends should be able to help me with Jade's outfit, and I might put Karkat off until my summer or winter con. I've given up any Final Fantasy or Zelda cosplays until

For both Wasabi and NDK, I'm planning on doing my usual Sasori (Naruto Shippuden) as well as Deva Path Pein (Naruto Shippuden) and Zexion (Kingdom Hearts). I've got a couple other potential ideas, buuuuuut we'll see if they pan out.
Cosplays for '12: ~Sasori~, Deva Path Pein, Zexion
