Cosplays for 2012

Hey gang, NDK 2011 is now over and its now time to plan for next years stuff. What cosplays does everyone have set or planned for next year? Whether it be for Animeland Wasabi, NDK NYE or NDK or what fun con for next year.

For me it'll be Revolutionary War America for NYE and Wasabi and NDK. Then Kaito of the Vocaloids, Ed Elric of FMA and possibly Brief of Panty and Stocking and Duke Nukem.

Post away guys :-) What are your plans for 2012?

The Stig's Spartan cousin!
Snake/Big Boss (yes again) Might change around the camo pattern.
I'm thinking I should throw a third in there, but I'm not sure yet.

-Someone from a game that few people have heard of, let alone played, that's my entry for the cosplay competition.  Is semi-secret, shh.

-Baring any unforseen issues, my secret Kingdom Hearts cosplay will debut at the costume contest this year.
-I'm bringing my FFX Rikku back, completly done and tottaly awsome. :D It annoys me how my costumes have a way of never being completly finished.

Not sure what else, but this is at least a start. :)

Touhou: Maybe Hatate (I went as Aya this year).
Sakura Taisen: Orihime Soletta, but god what a complicated dress.
Shoujo Kakumei Utena: Movie Anthy. Even her dress is less complicated than Orihime's.

I think I'll be able to pull off Hatate, but Orihime's going to be a LOT of hard work. >.<

Definitely redoing Skyward Link, gonn'a try and fill out the chainmail, lose a lot of the weight, upgrade my boots and fix up my bracers again. PLus, I've got a special project I'm working on now...just need to make lots of armor for this...@_@

Well, for NDK NYE, I found a gorgeous dress to wear as Rangiku Matsumoto, since my Bleach group will be back for that. Just don't know what to do for the hair..>> probably just leave it alone cause I don't want to mess with that wig xD;;

  And for NDK the only two thins set in stone are shinigami Rangiku again (hopefully...it will have to be taken in by then xD) and Rangiku's school uniform.

   There are a couple of things up in the air with my little group, like Final Fantasy (always wanted to cosplay Rikku!!) Resident Evil, artbook Bleach, Ah! My Goddess, Elemental Gelade...and some other stuff...but we always ramble on about cosplays we wanna do xD so we'll see! Might be something along those lines, might not..@.@

We'll probably bring kiki back since presley is so young and it'll still fit her well next year.  Not sure who I will be with her that day, but probably a miyazaki character of some sort.

She wants to do a pokemon day  for sure next year as she wants to be in a photo shoot.  She loved the guy that ran the naruto photo shoot BTW.  She hasn't picked the pokemon or trainers that we'll be yet, but she's working on it.

I was thinking probably one day as Tsukasa and Macha from .hack//sign, but not positive yet.

I have little doubt that things will change before then, but that's where we are now.

Since I'm not really gonna have time to sew many cosplays this year I'm only gonna make two!

Rin - Ao no Exorcist
Yosuke - Persona 4 (School Girl Version)

And probably try to fix my Nezumi wig from No. 6. It didn't dye the correct color. D:

For NYE, I'm planning a formal Yoko.

As for NDK 2012, I'm doing Bounty Hunter Yoko, and Ariel the Little Mermaid. I might add another later but that's it for now!

For NYE, if I can afford it I'm hoping to pull together Big Boss in dress blues. Thankfully that uniform has remained nearly the same for 50+ years now. Unfortunately a good quality new dress uniform is EXPENSIVE >_<

Right now I'm planning on going as Haruhi Suzumiya and my friend will be Yuki. I might also go as Prussia and my friend will be Spain (same friend XD) and her sister will be France. Not sure yet, though. Still too early. ._.'

If I can go next year I want to try making a Dragon Kid cosplay (Tiger and Bunny). If not that maybe Theresa from Fable 2 and 3, and a female Pete White from Venture Bros?
