Unable to make it to volunteer shifts.

So I'm volunteering in the video room and I have shifts scheduled for today and tomorrow. The problem is, I got a call from my supervisor saying I have to work today and tomorrow. I didn't take down anybody's phone number and nobody picked up when I called the hotel, so this is my last resort. I won't be able to make it to my shifts today or tomorrow. I also live down in Colorado Springs so I can't really just drop by and tell someone (since I decided against getting a hotel room...) I'm really sorry, but it can't be helped. I sent this message in the contact e-mail as well for fastest distribution.
