Open umbrellas permitted inside??

So I was looking over my props, and I realized that I have two characters this year that use umbreallas.
One character uses a paper parasol, and the other a rain umbrella.  Besides it being a superstitious no-no, (I did it at A-kon, and I have been having awesome luck, XD so im not worried about that) but would it be allowed within the hotel??  I dont mean walking around with it open all the time, just for photos and such.

Silly question, but I dont wanna be breaking any rules =3

I can not give you an official awnser but I have had umbrellas in the past and as long as no one gets hurt you shouldnt have a problem but like I said I cant give you an official awnser.

There is no rule against umbrellas. So long as you follow the prop check rules like everyone else it should not be a problem. :)
