Nintendo 3DS drop price.

Starting August 12 250.00 to 170.00 i have one all ready i mad but happy to see people will buy the at a lower price & more 3ds games at ndk for fighting games on 3ds vs people so what do you gamer & anime fans think?

its because there are no real good titles out there, like how they cancelled Megaman Legends 3...I will never buy a 3DS now

I don't understand why you are mad because of the price drop. I got my 3DS at launch and I am not mad.

You shouldn't be mad, Nintendo is giving everyone who has a 3DS and goes on the eshop before august 11th 10 free nes games in september, which 3ds owners after august 12th will have to buy, and they won't get to buy them til quite a bit after we get them. We also get 10 free gba game downloads, which 3ds owners after august 12th won't even be able to get at all.

And Nintendo isn't joking about the games either. We get Yoshi's Island, Metroid Fusion, Zelda, ice climbers, super mario, and more. Heck, Nintendo hasn't even revealed what half of the list of games is going to be.

As for games, the only good game on the 3DS is Ocarina of Time 3D. But we are getting a lot more games later on. I can't wait for Starfox 3D, Tales of The Abyss 3D, Cave Story 3D, Super Mario Land 3D, Kid Icarus Uprising, Kingdom Hearts 3D... and once they have pokemon... It will be even more awesome.

Meh. Still not worth it I. The 3D is very bleh and it seems like mostly  it' still just games that are not worth it or re-hased games with enhanced graphics and to me I don't wanna buy a whole system and game that came out years ago just to replay something because it "looks prettier"  :P

My sister has a 3DS, while I am suck with my old DS lite XD
She was mad at first about the price drop, but the free games "made it sting a bit less."
Getting one for myself however~ unless KHIII comes to the 3DS (I highly doubt this),
or BBS is magically moved to the 3DS~ I dont see the need =>

Yup! Same here. As soon as Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance releases I will get a system, that is if my boyfriend hasn't bought one before that for his Zelda game lol.

I bought one because the price dropped. Also, I looked at some "to be released" games, and I'm excited for some Mario and for Kingdom Hearts. Also, I like nintendogs. :( I'm silly.

I bought one too because I am GameStop PowerUp Rewards Pro member and it was only $99 for me! I love Nintendogs! It's so freakin adorable! I am very excited for Animal Crossing 3D, the new Super Mario Bros and of course the Kingdom Hearts game! Finaly a new title that'll seriously move the story forward!!!! <3

I picked one up because I needed to replace my DS Lite (tons of dead pixels, happened after I moved).  I have to say, battery life leaves much to be desired (though it is due to increased power consumption from the 3D), but I'm overall impressed.

it's all about re-marketing....  these classic games will get a make-over, every time a new system is launch
