I personaly have way to many but I'll try to list them anyway.

Lucy

I think my favorite is Yoko from Twelve kingdoms, she grows so much throughout that series.
Along those same lines I love the Avatar characters (team Aang!) They also have a ton of character development!

Yes! I love Azula too, I wish they had found some way to.... I dont know make her a servent in the castle of something.... Aang could have taken away her bending xD

Ken Sugisaki from Seitokai no Ichizon. His character his just awesome. Can't get enough of him. I've gone back and watched the english subbed of this series multiple times which is actually unusual for me.

I have 3 characters who are my favorite above all. Depending on my mood that day it would be either......

Belldandy (Oh My Goddess) because of her sweet nature

Mina Aino (Sailor Moon) Ironicly I like the schoolgirl persona of Mina more that I enjoy her alter ego of Sailor Venus. Don't know why)

Nene Romanova (Bubblegum Crisis/Crash - The original version) between her being petite and her red hair she is just too cute.
