How the thread works is simple this is not a thread to discuss the shoots, do that on your shoots separate thread please. This is basically to list what days and times your shoot will be during the weekend. Katie and her people will list the shoot schedule on a poster board somewhere at ndk according to this thread. Once your shoot planning has been made, list the name of the shoot, day, where it will be at, and what time and additional info such as where it will be at and where you'll meet and other info like a party or lunch or dinner and add your shoots topic thread.

Anyways guys plan away. Also this thread is now on cosplay.com shoots and events there will be listed there and here and vice versa.
Shoots will not be added until at least the location and time is finalized.
If you are the shoot leader (meaning the person who has made the shoot thread here or elsewhere that I personally know of that is not here on the forums whether it be facebook or cosplay.com) you have the responsibility to add the shoot on the schedule.Photoshoots wanting to be added to the schedule must be submitted no later than August 19th.
