Is Paypal the only method of payment for registration?

I'm trying to register for NDK '11 but I don't have a Paypal, and it doesn't show any other options of payment.

Help?

PayPal is our only payment processor, but you don't need a PayPal account to use it. You can enter a credit card number, much like you would with any other online store.
