Returns/Cancelations of tickets?

With the new year came a panic that I'm falling behind on preparations for things. So Yesterday I purchased a weekend pass for this year's con, and today went back into my email and started deleting a bunch of emails that I have no idea why I kept them in there in the first place, and found that immediately after last year's con, I had already purchased a ticket for this year.

My question is, what do I have to do to go about getting my money back for the latest ticket that I bought, since obviously one person doesn't need two tickets?

Sorry, but as per our Refund Policy, we don't offer refunds on passes to NDK. You can, however, transfer your extra pass to someone else if you'd like. Please send us an e-mail with the order number of the new pass and the name of the person you'd like to transfer your pass to.
