Denver has one very awesome tradition in December as we know as the Parade of lights and this year we will have a cosplay meetup since one is made every year.

We will be meeting at 3pm at skyline park at the 16th street mall on 16th and arapahoe by the clock tower (where zombie crawl was held at). And once we met up, we'll go and eat at either Tokyo Joes or Chili's, (vote on which at meetup day) hang at the mall area a bit and see the parade since it starts at 6.

One special thing we will do is a White Elephant gift exchange for the meetup as well as a shoot at the park and the event is free just provide a white elephant gift (optional) and food money.

Hmm, I'll have to keep this meet up in mind. I've never been to the parade of lights and I would really like to attend! Hopefully work doesn't get in the way.

I'm thinking of doing my full america then given its cold then. Its a warm cosplay anyways.

I don't have any warm cosplays so I might come as Casual Roxas so I can stay warm. I don't think I'll be eating with everyone, though.

Oh looks like you beat me to it. You should mention the white elephant gift exchange is optional and explain what it is. I would say a spending cap of $25. Also Denver is really packed but it's a lot of fun.

Ooh good idea Alex. I'll change that. I loved going to this back in December 08. This was the first meetup I ever went to and wanna bring back what made me wanna go to meetups and see all of you great people.

Changed my cosplay plans for the meetup. Me and yazoo will be doing Beat and Neku from TWEWY at the meetup. Doing a Winter version of Beat which is a original version.

A white elephant gift exchange is where all participants bring a gift. It can be something gently used or bought inexpensively. We put the gifts together and then draw numbers to decide the order of picking. Each person picks a gift. Anyone wanting to trade can. All gifts should be brought wrapped or in a bag so we can't tell what it is.

Skyline Park is pretty big so where inside skyline park do you want to meet Tony?

Near the big clock tower inside the park. Where the Zombie crawl booths were. And thanks for helping clarifying Alex. You wanna help with the White Elephant exchange part of the meetup?
