Pre-reg problem

I tried to pre-reg with the coupons given to me, but apparently, pay-pal won't let me pass through considering that it says, "enter a number more than 0" on it. Lee and I are trying to register early, but there appears to be a problem. Is there anyone on staff that can help us?

If you have a balance of zero when you go to check out there should be a second payment option enabled for a 'Free Order' or something very similar to that. If you don't see it let us know.

I'm also having problems with the coupon I got.  My friends got theirs to work, but mine keeps coming back as "This coupon code is invalid or has expired."  What do I need to do?

Please send me a PM as soon as possible containing the discount code you were given. I'll check to make sure it wasn't entered incorrectly.

A change of address won't matter, but we require that names on badges match names on IDs provided when picked up. If you keep an existing ID with the name you gave, that should be sufficient to pick up your badge. If you have further questions, please create a new thread.
