Pre-Registration Badge help

I was wondering since my brother cannot come and he pre-registered. Is there anyway that I can just use that badge for my little sister? I was only planning on having her attend one day, Saturday, so I was wondering if I can just use the badge for her or does it have to be for him.

You may use their badge, either your brother or the person who made the purchase must must send an e-mail to onlineregistration@ndkdenver.org allowing someone else to use the badge. This MUST be done before 3pm tomorrow or the badge may only be rolled over.
