Dealer's room? Badges?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place or already been asked. ^^;

Okay, I just have two questions. When can we get our badges? Like, what time does the... table open? XD And also, what time does the Dealer's room open? I can't remember if it's in the afternoon or if it's around the opening ceremonies in the evening. Thanks in advance~!

Badges I believe "officially" are open to get at like noon on Friday.  Though I do believe there's mention of picking them up Thursday later afternoon 3-6 or something like that for those that check in Thursdays.  But as for Fridays, they basically open when they open.  I've gotten there close to 11am and they're open, so basically come before noon on Friday unless you're there Thurs, that's my suggestion.
