Here's a question, will any of the staff be available for those of us that are planning on volunteering? If I could get "orders" as it were so that I can plan out the rest of the weekend that would be awesome.
No. As Will has stated, the con does not start until Friday afternoon. That's why I posted that our pre-reg check-in is very limited. We will not have the full reg staff available until Friday, for instance. We strongly, strongly discourage you from heading to the hotel on Thursday if you do have not have a room to check into, just to pick up a badge. And don't forget, you will have to pay for parking if you do so!
The good relationship we have with the hotel is very important to us, and we don't want our attendees to disturb other patrons before the convention even begins. Thanks for the reminder, William.
