How much does everyone charge for prints/badges/posters at ndk?
And also how many prints do you prepare before hand?

small ones I seen go for like 3 dollars, 8x11 about 5, and larger about 10 and up... also some do deals like two small ones for 5. Also badges varies. Also depending on how popular the series is always try to have atleast 5 of the least popular and probably about 10-20 of the more popular ones... granted your propably sell less poster size so cut the number by about half for the poster... That what I recommend of someone starting out... also always have it were if you start to run out... and got it where you can have a fedex/kinkos print more off so you can just swing by and pick more up would always help to... but it all  depends on the con goers...  Like I said these are my observations and what I would personally plan on doing if it was me

I recently went to kinko's and if i were to price my stuff like that i dont think i could even break even.  Poster size prints, tend to go for about 50$ at kinko's.  And i dont think that its worth trying to sell a poster for little to no profit without guarantee of sale.
Aside the sale price's, how many of each do you suppose I should prepare?

This is a very hard thing to estimate, and I struggle with it every year! I always print at least 5 of everything, more if I have a feeling it will be popular (sometimes I use DA to help gauge how popular it might be). I don't think I've ever sold more than 8 or 9 of any one design though.
It's also good to have more small prints than large, since people tend to go for more inexpensive stuff sometimes (like for gifts).
I'd only recommend Kinkos for the small stuff tho.

as far as kinko's goes, there's a 24hr kinko's not far from the hotel, down on Belleview. We've never had much luck with prints so from my experience I'd say 5 is a good number but if you end up selling out of popular designs you can go print more; that's what we did last year, just walked down there. It's closer than the Wells Fargo everyone goes to for the atm. We only did small ones though, self service 8.5x11". Just bring your usb drive and debit card and you're good to go.
