Ok so we've got a couple more openings than I thought since there are some people who didn't get in their paperwork by the deadline. I'll be sending everyone I'm taking out of their requested spot an email.
If you get an email and you have sent me your paperwork let me know. I did a search for people but that doesn't nesseccarily mean it didn't get overlooked somehow or burried in other messages.

Thanks,
Katie

So if we didn't get an e-mail, we're good on our paperwork?

If you signed up for a craftsmanship spot, turned in your paperwork and didn't recieve an email saying you were being taken out of the slot because of missing paperwork, then yes.

Awesome.  I was worried that I sent my questionnaire to the wrong e-mail address, and then that I sent the wrong documents. *is horribly paranoid*

Pm me with the name you registered as and I'll confirm for you. That way you won't be paranoid anymore. ^__^

Question: Do you have to sign two different forms for craftsmanship and the cosplay/costume contest? (not sure whats the difference) and if each member in a group has to fill one out? or just 1 forum for the whole group? Thanks =)

Craftsmanship is a separate form, and a pretty in-depth one at that.  Pictures are great there, of the character and your creation process, especially if there area details you'd like to point out.  You only need to fill out one for the group, but I'd advise sending it in ahead of time so the judges have the most time to look it over, and still bring three copies to the actual judging.  Covers your bases, and the judges appreciate having their own to look at during your time slot.  You'll also be registering separately for your category (beginner, intermediate, master) and craftsmanship, unless your in masters...since its required for them, it's a one stop shop :)
