Lightsabers

Me and a friend of mine plan on bringing our FX lightsabers to the con this year and I just wanted to check here to see if that would be allowed.  The hilts are metal but the "blade" is plastic, about as heavy as a wooden sword (which I was able to bring last year with no problems!  :D).  Does anyone see any potential issues?
