CosFest 2010 is officially on, but this year is gonna be a little bit different! 2010 is the Picnic Edition! WeÃ¢â‚¬â„¢re setting this event up much like a potluck! Bring whatever your heart desires! Make whatever your soul yearns for and then share it with your fellow cosplayers! Basically this is just meant to be a day where you have an excuse to take a costume out of your closet and wear it! Come meet with friends and just have a go...od time and eat! Perhaps weÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ll play a few games and make the normal people wonder what the heck is wrong with us. lol!

Winning Date: Friday, August 27th

Time: 12pm - 7pm

Winning Location: Thornton Community Center 2211 Eppinger BLVD (same location as last year)

And if you have friends that want to join us... BRING THEM!

My vote's on August 27, seeing as the Dir en Grey (with Apocalyptica!!!!) on the 4th of Sept. Not sure what time you want to do it, but that could conflict with some people's (mine included XD) schedules. <3

I will pull together Shinpachi if I can to make it, August 27th, doubt my fiance and I would be able to get out, have a date with a publisher on the 4th

I talked to my folks and one of the dishwashers that owes me a favor since I filled in for him a few weeks back and looks like I'm coming to Cosfest! I 2nd the 27th as well.

If I may suggest a location how about the Thornton Rec Center park on 108th and Colorado Blvd? It has a big grassy area and tons of room to run around in.

I cannot wait to see you guys, I have to break the news to my fiance, but we are hoping it isn't too far and we really can't afford to pay for parking T_T, I hate being poor.

Parking is free, its just a small park in thornton is all.

I'm interested in coming. I vote for the Friday. If this is in the denver metro area that would probably work best for most people.
