Animes/Mangas with the craziest, most unique outfits and character designs

You've got tons of a average life and school animes out there, but i think its the crazy ideas that stand out the most.
What would you say is the best?

Biomega is a recent one for me. Who doesn't love giant grizzly bears with Russian names who talk and kill zombies?

Yeah, Biomega is a weird one O_o'   I'd say Queens Blade is a lil weird in the wardrobe. Why they even bother I have no idea :/

you have a point there. that Gankutsuou-montecristo makes my head hurt :/ the colors are a bit much

gintama.. the amanto.. like wierd animal headed people thingies and alien dudes

I love artbooks, they always have crazy outfits. Not that strange, but I do really like the outfits in Pandora Hearts

Wait outfits! Have you seen the ones in Polyphonica?
Trinity Blood is detailed and believe me they are pretty, but I am also looking at some of the outfits from Weiss Kreuz: Eternity, Weiss Side B, oh yeah, Black Butler, have any of you seen  how detailed Ceil's outfits are, especially when he had to cross dress or his daily outfits.

I'm a bit biased, but Neon Genesis Evangelion has the most unique outfits (aside from the schoolgirl outfits popularized by Asuka and Ayanami).  And Ayanami Rei, in her own right, is truly an anime icon.

dude, Bobobo has the craziest stuff out there! and the most outfits of any manga i can think of, ever couple pages, there is something new, and crazy

"Bastard!!" is terribly fun with outfits and designs. It's so fantasy and Eighties. ^n_n^

There's also the guy in my icon. I swear he set the standard for crazy hair. XD
