Brawl buddy for NDK tourny?

I would really like to enter the tourny this year, but last year I wasn't able to find a partner, along with missing the actual thing since I was watching the rockband tournament. So if anyone needs a partner, or if anyone wants to be my partner, I promise I will not disappoint. I am really freggin' good with luigi, I was pulling off of meta-knight, since I had recently found out he was band in most of the brawl tournaments. If anyone is interested, lemme know. uh-tank you!

dang, i know how that is. well, we'll make sure not to miss this year's for sure! haha, i forgot it because i was getting into the rockband tournament. then when i remembered about brawl, i went back to find the doors closed. very sad day D:

I will be there! oh is Sonic allowed? I have no clue how the tourney rules work at NDK so I believe they have some characters banned but not totally sure on that one.

That is a good question. Maybe one of the admins may pop in to answer the question on which characters from brawl are not to be used in the tourny. I have to say that the thing I do really like about team battles is the combination you get when you use certain characters. I mean, if you have a very slow but strong character, and the crazy insane fast one hyped up on something, you got a nice even balance there. There so much combinations that I can rant about, so I'll just shut up now. lol

Last year, no characters were banned.  All items were off, also.

We don't repeat tournaments in the VGR. Due to this, we won't be having a Smash Bros Brawl tournament this year.

We did a Singles, then a Team tournament already - which is more than we do for *any* other game. Ever.

I will say, however, that we will have Smash 64 and SSBM available for play periodically during the weekend, in addition to SSBB.

I'm good with Yoshi and Ike! Yeah! I love Super Smash brothers. but i don't know how to play with the wii mote. only gamecube controllers.

Will Smash 64, SSBM, and SSBB still be available for playing in the gaming room?

Also, will there be tournaments for any of these three games? I'd sure hope so. Melee and Brawl are some of the most popular fighting games to ever exist, and they're instantly a competitive hit.
