Chrono Crusade's ending...yeah good stuff.

Then there's the end of Trigun  [spoiler]when Vash is laying in the dust and Knives is about to blast him and he reaches out, finding Wolfwood's cross gun and pulls it up.[/spoiler]  Awesome stuff.
