Dealer at '09?

I have a question...there was a huge dealer in the dealer's room that I see there every year.  They always have a place just to the left of the entrance in the middle of the room.  The usually have a GIGANTIC variety of anime and wallscrolls for sale.  I know they have a website, but I am at a loss as to what it is...can anyone help me please?
