4th of July cosplay celebration

Tired of the old fashion Independance day? Well take those woes away when we'll take the traditional Independance Day celebration and add cosplay in the mix.

We'll be holding our meetup possibly at the Thornton rec center park area at 11151 Colorado blvd in Thornton. It'll be a potluck picnic so bring what you want (minus beer and own fireworks of course)

4th of July Cosplay Celebation
11151 Colorado blvd or 108th and Colorado blvd
Thornton Rec Center Multipurpose Fields
11:00 AM
Our spot will be by my big american flag with blankets and tons of cosplayers.

Though I said possibly at the rec centers park, I am open to other park locations around the Thornton area. Me and Strifygirl are plotting this fun meetup. Just as long as we get a great area for the pyro.

sadness... I cant go out to thorton... My parents wont allow it. T.T oh well.... Have fun though! ^^ maybe i will have a little cosplay thing with some local otakus in my Area. ^^

I'm gonna pop in here real quick.
It's probably not a good idea. I worked there, and the 4th is the busiest day ever. The lines went as long as 3 hours for a lot of the rollercoasters. It's really not worth it to pay the money to go, and fit in 4 rides.

With that I take it going to elitches may be a bad idea atm.

We'll probably stick with the original plan we got. Scare the normies at thornton's 4th of july festivities and celebrate america's bday. And Hetalia cosplayers are allowed and kinda encouraged as well lol (doesn't mean other cosplays are allowed). So take it that the meet will be at 11151 Colorado blvd at the Thornton Rec centers park.

With that said, next thing to set up is what is everyone gonna bring? It is gonna be a potluck picnic and we need a big blanket, utensils, drinks, food the whole nine yards.
