Last year, my boss pre-registered me for NDK '10. I either forgot she did this, or she forgot to tell me, but now I'm apparently registered twice. I really want to refund my boss, since she does so much for me. Does anyone know how I can straighten this out? I've tried contacting the NDK heads, but I haven't heard anything yet and I'm a little worried.
Was this using our online pre-registration or paper pre-registration? We don't offer refunds for paper registrations, and we can only offer refunds on online pre-registrations if they were made in the last 90 days (the system won't let us refund anything before that). In that event, we send a chargeback to the payment method used; we won't mail out a check. If it's been longer than 90 days, then all we can do is transfer the badge to another person.

http://ndkdenver.org/contactChoose either "Registration" option (depending on the method used). We'll need to hear from the person whose name was on the order, though. They're the only ones authorized to make any such requests. Be sure to include as much information as you can.
(Oh, and if you already sent this out in the last week or so, the staffer who handles online registration issues was on vacation for a week and is still catching up, which would explain why you hadn't gotten a response.)
