" 'Nande mo Ii wa'... Ii wa" - Red Hooded Cha-Cha
" 'Whatever's good' ... is good" - translation. Cha Cha, in attempting to stop a bad guy, can't think of something to summon, so yells "Whatever's good" (or "Anything's good"), which causes a giant brick to fall on her opponent. After a second, Cha Cha turns to the screen and says the above phrase.
"We're going to throw you off the ocean at Waikiki."
"And feed you to the sharks" - said, in English, by some American heavies in the Orange Road OAV "Hawaiian Suspense".
