heh. that's what i learned on back in the day (late 80's). photo emulsion is pretty awsum, cos no more freaking x-acto knives. you'll kinda freak when you see how easy it is.

Yeah, I'm pretty quick cutting stencils, but Snake still took roughly 20 hours total. :o

Well here's a few quick cellphone shots of my current project. It's an Avatar: the Last Airbender magnet set. Many thanks to Katie for commissioning this set. I'm having so much fun workin on these because they're different from anything I've done before ;D

I haven't trimmed the outline beads yet so they have a kinda weird halo around them

Suki in her Kyoshi warrior getup (ironed but not trimmed)

Well I'm stuck waiting for my bead order to come in so that I can finish most of the characters, but here's what I've completed (sans magnets)

Another quickie update. I got my bead order in last night so I finished uncle Iroh and Katara. I haven't trimmed the outer row of beads yet but I'm really happy with how they're turning out.



I didn't have to modify Iroh too much but he didn't quite look right with open eyes so I closed them so that he could enjoy his tea. Katara was difficult to get her skin tone right and I had to fix quite a bit on her hair to get it looking right.

So I've been looking for a new hoodie for a while now and haven't found one that I had to have, so I'm coming up with a FFIV concept and I'll PM you when I decide what I want.  You're stuff is awesome. I don't care if you have to eat 500 BABIES (village joke) to do it, but try really hard to get a Artist booth for 2011, I will definatly drop some cash your way on some of this stuff :)
