I don't know if he counts, but one of my favs is Arystar Krory from D.grey-man.
I also like Zero, and most of the night class from Vampire knight, and the whole gang in Rust Blasters =3

There's plenty of vampires in anime. But you can't beat a psychotic, genocidal, bio-engineered, chainsmoking hitman chav vampire. Especially not after he took the modest P90 PDW, and turned it into a 40-inch scoped handheld machinegun. And then dual-wielding that aberration of a firearm.

That takes dedication. And money. Assassin money.

Two reasons.

1). It's only 20" long or so. Fires a 5.7, 2,350fps muzzle velocity, 700' effective range... it has impressive numbers, but it isn't a beast, its a personal defense weapon.
2). It's Hellsing. Look at the typical weapons used in that series, and the P90 looks like a butter knife.
