I'm a little confused. Is the magazine completely online, or will there be physical copies to buy?

We never said that it would be an online magazine... at least not that I see. But regaurdless - It will be a physical magazine.  Our first issue is hopefully going to be released in November... Of this year.

Woot. Do I need to subscribe to a list to get a copy?

Were not taking subscriptions just yet, but when we get a few copies made we will then start taking preorders.

I must apologize to all the interested members of the forums.  COAR Has been experiencing a few logistical and professional issues.  Our publishing date has been postponed until these difficulties are finished.  Our main difficulty that has already begun being attended to is the renovation of our web site.  Once our website is re-debuted, Information about the rescheduled Publishing theme will be posted on it.  Also, the magazine will now be an online magazine.  More details will be posted once the directors of COAR congregate and discuss this matter.

Also, COAR Is still accepting volunteers, Please send me a PM if you are interested and I will send you some information.

What particular articles would you like to see in the magazine?
Kind of partial, but I'd like to see a "Glance Behind the Curtains," so to speak.  Staff interviews and the like.
Maybe a hotel interview.  After all, they host us, and it'd be nice to hear what they have to say.
Maybe a tips and tricks or how to section from experienced cosplayers on how to do something or create an effect.

Would you like to see yourself in the magazines?
Yeah, sure.

Do you like the idea making it a yearly issue?
If it goes well, then why not?  Even if it doesn't, take your failures learn from them.

Any thoughts about the project?
I think it sounds awesome.  I've seen us featured on CNN, and in Newtype.  If you do more cons (I think I've heard rumors about a traveling magazine staff), I think that this could go really well.

I can also help to identify bootlegs, if you have a questionable item, send me a message and some pictures if you can and I'll get back to you when I can.
