I can't go guys for 2 reasons...

1) Mom doesn't feel safe taking me to some unknown person's house
2) You live in Lakewood which is too far of a drive for us... >.<

I probably should specify what type of mage. I forgot there were people out there who would dare to do such a banal thing as play a sorcerer XD. Anyway I've adjusted my post. (Not that sorcerers can do school specialization anyway but that's neither here nor there.)

Well with Mage I figured your meaning wizard because of school specialization... Also I sometimes refer to them as mages anyways... Besides it sounds cooler... what sounds cooler... "Your a wizard Harry" or "Your a mage Harry"...

You can't have an evil character with a good party and vise verses, But you can have a evil character in neutral party... I actually suggest staying away from being evil...

I was planning to be neutral myself. Evil is a lot harder to do in the classic "campaign/adventure" structure of things, especially chaotic evil. "Kill golems get treasure" doesn't really mesh well with chaotic evil's "Destroy things!" M.O. and Neutral Evil's "Whatever it takes to succeed" ideal. That said it can be done; I had a character once that was a neutral evil character floating around with a good party just simply because there were no paladins and in the short term our objectives were similar. But it's a heck of a lot harder to write for. ^^;

I'm not fully certain on my class yet, but with Jim going the Wizard route, I'll likely be a Lawful Good Monk. Lawful because he is a Monk and has to be, and Good because it makes sense for the feats I'll be taking for him.
