Panel: How-to run a panel
« on: January 04, 2010, 05:31:28 pm »
At the 25+ panel I asked if the people running the panels were given tips and suggestions on how to run a panel.  Greg turned that into a panel "How-to Run a Panel".  Now the question becomes is there interest in a panel on how to run a panel?  Do I need to start learning how to run a panel so that I can run this how-to panel?

I should hope that anyone interested in running a panel at any such event--not just NDK--would be interested in attending such a panel.

It would be hard to advise others how to run interesting, successful panels if you didn't know how to run one yourself...

I should mention, however, that I've already been working on this panel and was planning to run it myself (as mentioned, I believe, in the 25+ panel). If you'd simply like to see this panel come to fruition, then all you need to do is sit back and wait. ;)

I like the idea of this meta-panel a lot! If the stars line up right and I can go I'll try to drop in. :)
