That's ok catering is expensive anyways. Just have the shoot and some epic randomness.

My party will try not to conflict with yours. If it happens, we can always switch times. Maybe do it from 4:30 to 6:30?

they cant close the pool just because they want to. Im Sure there is Gonna BE more Cosplayers in there Besides our Parties....

. Anyways, yes back to planning a great party this side of the RG Shibuya lol. With the change the party will be at 7pm after l4justice's party (enough time for them to clean up). We'll meet in the wellness center (aka the marriotts gym area where the pool is) and have the pool shoot at the pool or at the center? Which one you guys prefer? Activities we'll have? Marco polo, beach ball etc. And who wants to bring the boom box or loud speakers for tunes? And given the no food and drink thing is in effect, no potluck gang.

*looks around* hey guys. Sorry for the lack of updates due to wasabi planning and the con itself. For everyones info, yes the party is still on and I made it official on the photoshoot/gathering/parties thread. We still need to plan activities for the party, so if you got any plans for our party, fellow TWEWY fans, post away. I'm still planning games as well. And yes shadow, my apologies for not having the time to update the starting thread. I will get to it when I got computer access. Right now, party planning time.
