My friend and I are trying to get a table for 2010 and I was wondering when the application document will show up. This will be the first year both of us will attend the artist alley so I don't want things to go wrong, but I'm sorry for the noobish question. Will the application due date be at Feb 1st like 2009?

Wanted to throw up a quick response for this and make sure you know we saw it, we are under new leadership this year and I haven't had a chance to talk with them yet but I will try and get a hold of them as soon as I can and get back to you with an answer! Cheesy

Please be aware that it's going to be a little while before we're ready to post information about this. This year is a transition year for us with the Dealers Room and Artists Alley, so it's going to take some time...

Greg is correct, sorry its going to be kinda slow this year but we are doing our best to bring you an amazing DR and AA just like previous years and with the transition year it will just be a bit slower then usual. Anyway, None of the information I have now is  set in stone just know that I have talked to one of the new area heads and he has informed me that our staff will be meeting sometime after the holidays, which means we may have to push the date of AA applications back a bit.  Like I said that is not for certain, but a good possibility. We are going to try and keep things as consistent as possible and will try to keep all of the good things going and improve on some of the problem areas that we may find. Keep checking back for updated information as we get it!

Please remember us .Thanks  I would also love to teach classes on costuming and mask who do I get ahold of . I want to come to the New years eve Party and talk to the powers that be.

I want to come to the New years eve Party and talk to the powers that be.

I do not think it will be very effective to try to arrange an arrangement while the staff is hosting and event; they are extremely busy during an event and exhausted after the event.

During NDK NYE the staff focus will be on the event; but I am not staff so I really can not state this as a fact.

Osias is indeed correct. I'm afraid that we'll all be too busy with the task at hand to discuss such things at the NYE Costume Ball. If you're interested in holding a panel, we'll post information on the website regarding how to go about that, but that won't be for several weeks yet.

Thank you, Osias, for answering the question.

I'm locking this thread since it seems to be turning into a catch-all for questions.

To our new members: welcome, but please post your questions in the appropriate places. If you have a question about something and there's not already a thread for it, please feel free to create one in the appropriate location. We prefer that to having people asking unrelated questions in existing threads. If there is already a thread for it (as in the case of the NYE Costume Ball), please post in that thread rather than using the nearest convenient thread. (We read all posts on the forum, so you needn't worry about losing our attention by posting in a different thread.)
