Question about rule violations

I have a question about questionable activity and rule violations at events hosted through this forum, or in the presence of any NDK or Marriott staff member.

Would all official NDK rules apply in any of the listed above circumstances, with the same penalties.

For an example, suppose a member of this forum, or a person who has attended NDK, was in the known presence of an NDK or Marriott staff member: even if the event happening is not official through this forum, or NDK or the Marriot.

Then suppose the persons knowingly did something that violates the NDK or Marriott rules.

Would the same penalties be issued? If the offence was minor and the consequence would be a warning punch on a NDK pass, would the offenders name and identification be recorded, and would there NDK pass already be subjected to a warning punch before the actual NDK event at the Marriott happened? Would the offenders pass of the new official NDK event hosted at the Marriott, be issued to the rule offender with an already existing warning punch?

Or, would any such violation of NDK rules in the listed circumstances, result in immediate ban, no matter how minor or major the offence?

What if forum members or NDK attendees had violated NDK rules, when they were not in the presence of an NDK staff member; but an NDK staff member was made aware of, or informed of the violations?

Unless an event has/is officially hosted by NDK it is not under NDK's perview. NDK may choose to prohibit an event to be organized through their Forum and/or site if it raises a liability and/or violates particular rules which NDK does not wish to be associated with (Warez, fansubs, et. al. for example).

NDK can not directly impose any rules on any events which are not officially organized and held by NDK. Though, as any company NDK does reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

If issues arise outside of NDK with NDK staff such matters may be brought to the attention of the board of directors and head of staff. But this in no way means that NDK will do anything about it. Since NDK's responsibility for the actions of their staff only applies to NDK sponsored events.

Oh thank you. I was not certain where the separation between NDK and it attendees accrued, for legality and liability purposes.

:-\ I should stop posting post like this, that seem to make me look suspicious, or self incriminating.  :-X
