The Lost and Found Box 2010
« on: October 16, 2009, 11:11:33 am »
Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, here it is, the topic you have been waiting for...

The Amazing Lost and Found Box of Mystery!!!!

The whole thing is pretty simple actually.  I drag the box out of storage, and then catalog what's inside. Then I put up this magical thread, and await the owners of lost things to post, and I will see if any of the descriptions match what is in the box.  I will not post a list of what has been lost.

I do ask one favor though, if this is an item of sensitive nature, please PM me rather than put any of your personal information on the forums.

Go wild kids.  ;)

Hi Daft Punk,

I'm sad to say that no such bag exists in the box.  Sorry that it's not there.  :(

Oh no!  I am so sorry, but there were not any cameras found this year.

This is my least favorite part of the L&F box...there are so many people who just walk away with things...

DANG.  Alright, well thanks anyway.  Boo, the hotel doesn't have it either.  I can't believe people will just take things you leave alone for ten seconds.  Just makes me mad.  I always turn in everything I find.

A purple Chinese Dress with pants with a flower design on the front of it. (Two Piece)

Nope, no purple dress either.

May I take this moment to thank everyone who is honest, and turns in stuff to lost and found...there is plenty in the box, but nothing that people have been specifically asking about so far.

I'm looking for my sanity, its a bit off tilt, a little whacky. I lost it somewhere at con and never found it.

What were you thinking, BRINGING that to the con in the first place?!

I very much doubt it's in the L&F box, so I'll answer up on this one.

Orange gift bag, covered in sharpie scrawl, "Happy B-day Ray", with a PSP, two MGS games, a DVD of Repo! The Genetic Opera, and a Harvey Dent T-shirt inside?

Hi, I lost my black and white panda hat last year at the 2009 NDK. If this is found, could you please email me back? Thank you!

Wow, this is really sad. No one's items have been found. I'ma just make this known that I'ma just give anything that I find to the con L&F. This makes me mad... I mean seriously, is it so hard for people to just allow the con to be enjoyable without being greedy?

Any badges? The pre-registration line didn't have my badge and I had to dig up my order confirmation, but only got a paper badge to replace it. Last name starts with an "E". My online alias is "Jignate" (if for some reason that ended up on my badge instead of my name).
