I've always wanted to go to the Fright Fest, now I think it would be fun to get a group together to raid the park in our awesome cosplays! I know there are a lot that have a season pass, and a lot that don't. Elitch has an incredible deal on group rates, if we have at least 10 people that need to buy a pass we can get them at $20 a piece! That's $15 off the everyday ticket!

I will be making a call to see if we need to buy the tickets online or if we can reserve the tickets and pay for them at the gate. we will also need to carpool so that we don't have to pay near as much for parking otherwise. we will need carpools for different areas, so you're general location will help too, ie: nerthern Denver, Aurora, Colorado Springs ect. ect.

!!Park Rules!!
Weapons and chains are not allowed in the park, be warned, part of your costume may be confiscated.

So who wants in?
please reply with at least the answers to these two questions:
Do you have a season pass?
Can you provide a vehicle for the car pool, and how many can you carry?

Remember guys! the more people that go the cheaper it will be! Tickets and parking!

Final Plan:

Date: Sat. Oct 17th

Time: 11am at the gate for tickets at $20, Those who come later will have to pay the normal daily admission price of $35

Carpools will have to be arranged, Parking is $10 per vehicle unless you take the LightRail or find free parking elsewhere.

We now have enough cosplayers to get the group rate! Oct 7

I have a season pass,
and I can drive a carpool from Colorado Springs/Falcon with at least 4, I'm trying to get a larger vehicle to be able to take more!

I work at Elitches. If you guys arrange something when I can buy them before I go on my shift that day (which I probably will be working), I can get 10 tickets for 20 dollars each too, as far as I know.

Also, I'm gonna be going on the 10th.

And if any of you guys actually know me, come say hi to me! I work in the airbrush tattoo stands :]

Change of plans, unfortunately.... my family went and arranged something without telling me, does anyone have any objections to changing the date to the 10th?

If it's planned for the 10th, I probably won't be able to swing the full 10 tickets, since I've got friends who are going that day~ I should be able to buy like 5 though, if you guys can't get the 10 person discount :]

I might be able to go. I actually got a free pass that's good til Halloween. I'm probably going to go in my Simon jacket, shorts (if its nice) and goggles. Not a full simon (its a test run) but its better than nothing. Is Brutal Planet extra? Because, I might buck up the courage to go in.

I was planning on going this day too... my brother works there as well and gets free passes, but I guess he got his pass revoked for running one of the rides wrong (even though it was the same way they taught him for the past three years) and he isn't sure if he can get all the free tickets he earned sooo, I may not be able to go that day... it might be a possibility though I guess... xP

If he didn't get fired, he should still get them. If he got fired, he doesn't get them.. unless he already picked them up.

I say we meet 12 noon in front of the main gate. What are we gonna do about the weather in case it rains? October weather usually sucks. (i.e. Rain, Snow)

I like noon, that would mean each carpool group will have to plan their meeting times to accomidate their distance and such,

12 it is then. Does anyone know if the haunted attractions at Elitches cost extra? And does anyone who live near the commerce city/thornton area provide a carpool for me? Otherwise, my grandpa is taking me but, I need a meet place.
