Hmmm.....after reading that it seems that attendees get to vote on the balcony contest. I've been going to starfest since I was an ittty bitty baby (got the pictures to prove it-how sad is that?), and I've never seen where to vote....I shall have to look for that next year, because I'd love to vote on the ones I think are fantastic.
Their voting area last year at Starfest was at the silent auction table. For reference, that would be where the EMT tables were for NDK. NDK probably wouldn't drop the voting there, but since AA is out in the atrium, they could probably put a voting area somewhere about there.
Of course, any of this is up to them entirely.
