NaNoWriMo 2009/NDK 2007

Hi all!

I'm participating in NaNoWriMo this year (for the first time - eek!) and my novel's setting is NDK 2007. So I would love it if those of you who were there would entertain me with stories and thoughts and memories from that year.

Right now I'm specifically looking for information on registration (how it was set up, how were the lines, your personal experience), as well as any stories of interaction with people who were there for their first time.

Further in I would like to know what things people looked forward to, such as guests and panels, and which ones were the best and/or most talked about (both before and afterwards).

I wandered about the con hall wrapped in a pokemon blanket dressed as tidus running a massive fever. I Was also in the AMV competition but almost passed out during my video, one of the other editors gave me a backrub and woke me up. <3s
