Is it possible for someone to sell their pre redge bage to another?

Can I make long story short?  My Roommate pre-registered at last years con but is now unable to make it, But my sister is making plans on coming.  We were wondering if roommate can sell her badge to my sister.  yea! Short!

I believe you can if you let the people at the registration desk know they're transferring badges and maybe have a note or something from the original badge owner giving permission for the other person to have their badge instead.

This question has been passed up to the board. I'm waiting on a reply. You may transfer a badge to another individual the issue may arise with 'selling'.

You're right.  Selling was the wrong word.  I had it right in the subject line. Transfer.  But I assure NDK staff, while I may re-reimburse my roommate for what she paid for the ticket to give to my sister, roommate will not (and would not even if she wished, its against her code of ethic) make any sort of profit from transferring her ticket to my sister.  It's purely one person having a ticket they won't be using and a different person coming instead, so let person 2 have person 1's ticket instead of letting it go to waste.
