many conventions  have 40 or more L's at one point in time or another.  I know a few conventions where 1 or 2 fangirls took a sharpie and numbered each L on the back of their convention badge...

I'm going to agree then disagree, I do think the afore mentioned animes and games will be prevalent, but I do feel that we are forgetting a couple of things like Vocaloid. I have a feeling there will be quiet a few. And also I feel that there will be a decent amount of Rosario + Vampire, since both are gettin pretty popular here.

But who knows, I may be wrong.

My guess would be Naruto and Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts. I don't remember seeing a ton of Death Note last year, but that might've been because I wasn't paying all that much attention...

There were A LOT of L's, but it is kinda hard because I mean, just a slowed person in pants and a white shirt even in an anime convention doesn't exactly stand out.  haha

IMO, L isn't that easy. Sure, looks are easy... but I've only ever met one L that had the personality down, and that was at Wasabi 2009,

I was already poking around the hotel/convention center last night with a friend and people were cosplaying already!   Got a picture of a nicely done jiggly puff on my iphone.

i think the most cosplayed thing was Naruto. from what i saw of the Naruto photoshoot it was pretty massive

I stand by my earlier guess that the most cosplayed thing was sweaty fanboys/girls.

Srsly, the otafunk could sometimes kill an elephant in there.

I like bleach, d grey man, and maybe MAYBE kingdom hearts...

but only because of soras... i think i maybe saw two axels the whole thing one vexen.. and a xigbar?

There were quite a few KH'ers, Naruto, Bleach, Host Club, and...Zelda.  =O  There were at least 5 different Zelda's, 6 Links, a Malon...

Oh, there were a bunch of Trinity Blood people, on Saturday (I should know, I was with most of them most of the day.  XD)...

haha yah, and btw imma say not over cosplayed on the naruto side... bc people running around in just the capes with eyeliner under their eyes do NOT constitute cosplay... I personally think I did a better job and all I had naruto were gloves and a head band, the rest was imagination.. but yah agreed on zelda.. I was surprised.. but kudos to most of them in link and zelda costumes cuz most of them were awesome!!

yeah there was alot of zelda chars but i loved all of the chars i saw :D i went as a sheikah friday and saturday i'd say the most epic zelda char was the fierce deity link and Ganon
 


but this was me on fri and sat.

Anybody else notice a very, very large influx of Pokemon this year? I didn't go to NDK08 so I don't have that to judge by, but comparing NDK07 to NDK09, this year it felt like every time you turned around you'd see a pokemon, trainer, team rocket, or someone with some sort of pokemask on.
