AKI Con 09
Nov 6th-8th

AKI con 2009 promises to be even bigger and better than its first year offering more contests, an even large manga library (over 5000 graphic novels), a huge fully decorated cosplay hall featuring three distinct areas (Japanese Garden, winter wonderland and graffiti park), vendors' hall and artists' alley. Aki con is a 54 hour convention that runs programing all night with anime view rooms, workshops, special guest, concerts, vendor room, gaming area, artist alley, voice actors and tons of contest. Aki con 2009 also has even more contests with bigger prizes including a $500.00 cash prize for the best cosplay skit during AKI con's Cosplay Showdown.

Too bad this is the same weekend as Anime NebrasKon, otherwise I might of considered attending  ^^;

Ah, I always wanted to go to a con on my birthday... but there's no way I'm gonna be able to go to Washington. >.<
