How-To: Getting your Unofficial NDK Activity Added

Alright,
The time is drawing near and it is time to start asking those of you that wish to have your Unofficial activities added to the Itinerary System to submit them.

There are some rules and guidelines that must be adhered to.

NDK reserves the right to reject any activity from being included since an activity that is accessible from the main page/site infers a level of responsibility on NDK.

Rules

* Content must fit within the scope of the convention in some manner. Meaning it must celebrate/engage in the exploration/appreciation of Japanese Culture and/or Fandom.
* Any activities which prohibit underage attendees from joining in must be scheduled after 10pm.
* Any activity partaking in illegal actions of any sort are prohibited.
Submission
To submit your request you may simply reply to this forum or send me a PM.

It must include the following pieces of information:

Title - A brief one sentence or shorter description of the activity.
When - The time and date it will take place.
Host - If we run into issues who do we need to speak with regarding this activity.
Description - A couple of sentences describing the location, and what to expect/gain from the activity.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Title- Voice Acting Workshop or "Auditions"
description: I think we should have a panel where you can do voice acting workshops and learn about voice acting and what its like to be in the booth, and be able to do a fake audition, either from an anime already dubbed or a japanese subbed one and have a pretend one to know how it would feel.
Host- it can be an ADR director or sound engineer, but whom ever it is possible to talk to or have
when- either friday or sunday after noon around 1 maybe

you dont need to do this idea, but seeing as other cons have ideas like this I really would like to have this happen, I am an amateur voice actress at the moment, so I feel like it would be an awesome idea, if not its alright..

This is great, but this isn't for panels. This is for photo shoot sessions and the like. The form for and rules for submitting a panel should be up some time soon.
