9 Film Theater Meet Up

If anyone else would like to keep this meet-up going, please feel free.
Time constraints will not allow me to host this event. I'm so sorry.
We can postpone this event until after NDK as well. :)

I propose a pre-NDK, "Last Chance Meet-Up" to go see the new 9 film. :)

It might be really nice to have a chance for our newer forum members to meet our regulars as well as general goofing around and sharing adrenaline for the upcoming weekend.

The film is released 9-9-09, the Wednesday before NDK.
It's too soon to determine a showtime, but this is the theater I'd had in mind:

Lotsa places to grab some grub, walk around, yada yada.

I was thinking maybe a 6 or 7 o'clock show.

I've been planning on going with my brothers, so I'll be there either way, but I'm curious what everyone's plans are... Will you be in full blown stress mode by then and mad rushing to finish costumes?

Anyway. I'd love to see everyone there.

Well, midnight showing is also an option. The only thing is that it's in the middle of the week so I wasn't sure what everyone thought of that idea. I'm up for that too! ^_^

OOOoooo. I want to meet the regulars. ^^ If it's a midnight showing, I might be pressed not to go. Alas, if it's at six or seven, I will definitely go. Homework can wait!

Hmmm...I don't know what my new schedule is gonna be like, and the truck loading is that night. Maybe we could find a showing after 9? Kinda fitting :D

I saw that. I agree. Closer to 8 or 9 ish might be better anyway. Give everyone a chance to get home from work, chill out for a bit, that kinda thing.

I'd love to go! If it was a 9-ish showing I could most likely make it, but anything earlier and I can't. But I'd love meeting some of y'all.

EDIT: Spoke with huuuman. Turns out that the schedules aren't done because of Labor Day... That's all I caught before I was like, "Really...? Really??"

Anyway. She said they'd be done by the 8th.

Yes, there WILL be a meet-up on Wednesday the 9th at either the Flatiron 14 AMC Theater in Broomfield OR it will be at the Westminster Promenade 24.
Both are off I-36 and not more than 3 miles away from each other.
 We're still going to shoot for about a 9 o' clock show. This will allow staff members get to the meet up after the truck loading is all finished up.

I will call the theaters to get an official time and location for us no later than Tuesday night.

My brother just got back today from Detroit so he and I have WAY too much work to do before NDK.

Maybe we can go a week or so after NDK. :)

Well, if anyone else wants to go in the Denver/Aurora/Littleton area I'd be up for that - just a ways drive to Wesminster and Broomfield for me is all.
