Fall into the ocean. I'm terrified of heights(Clinical acrophobia) so falling into the sky would more than likely give me a heart attack at 27 years old...then again "falling" in general is no bueno too...hmmm....

Hot plate. Hot glue is an obvious adhesive, so a burn injury from that would be very painful considering that the substance would be stuck to your skin causing more pain and discomfort. It's like....an incredibly small napalm burn...then again, napalm is powerful too...hmm...
